Gin mocktail in a glass filled with ice and garnished with a lemongrass stalk
Based on the much-loved gin buck, this non-alcoholic gin version brings the same refreshing flavour but with a delicate Asian twist. The Ovant Verve delivers delicate hints of lemon myrtle, white pepper and fragrant tulsi (holy) basil. This is combined with a Fragrant Syrup and ginger ale for a sweet finish. Pop in a lemongrass stalk and be transported to one of Bangkok’s famous skyline bars with every sip.
INGREDIENTS
30ml Ovant Verve
10ml Fragrant Syrup
1 btl Strangelove Dry Ginger Ale
Lemongrass Stalk
Cubed Ice
METHOD
  1. Build Ovant Verve, fragrant syrup and ginger ale in a double rocks glass filled with cubed ice and stir.
  2. Garnish with a lemongrass stalk.
