Ovant Tickled Pink

You’ll definitely be tickled pink when you take a sip of this tasty non-alcoholic cocktail. Its gin base brings the classic floral juniper flavour, while the pear, ginger and lemon juice add some sweetness, sour and warmth. Enjoy on a warm autumn evening watching the sunset or serve to friends before a light lunch on the deck. Best sipped from a highball glass with ice and a sprig of thyme. 

INGREDIENTS

60ml Ovant Grace
30ml Pear Purée
15ml Ginger Syrup
15ml Lemon Juice
1 btl Strangelove Soda Water
Thyme Sprig
Cubed Ice

METHOD

1. Combine Ovant Grace, pear purée, ginger syrup, and lemon juice in a cocktail shaker filled with cubed ice and shake for 5 seconds.
2. Double-strain into a highball glass filled with cubed ice.
3. Top with soda water and stir.
4. Garnish with a sprig of thyme.
