Paloma Mocktail

Feel like you're in Mexico with this grapefruit lover mocktail.Its simple yet refreshing it has that sugar taste with the tequila flavour. Great for relaxed settings. This recipe goes back to the late 1930’s in Mexico and is the Spanish word for Dove. Served in a collins glass Simply add Ms Sans Bring a Sombrero Non-Alcoholic Tequila, Agave Syrup, Lime Juice, Grapefruit Juice and Soda, Ice, Salt and Grapefruit to garnish.

INGREDIENTS

45ml Ms Sans Bring a Sombrero Non-Alcoholic Tequila
10 ml Lime Juice
20ml Grapefruit Juice
100ml Grapefruit Pink Soda
10ml Agrave Syrup
Salt and Grapefruit Wedge - To Garnish

METHOD

1. Add ice, and ingredients except soda into a cocktail shaker and shake
2. Pour into a salt rimmed collins glass and top with soda.
3. Garnish with grapefruit wedge.
