You can’t go past this mocktail for a summer favourite. Perfect for those warm days, whilst entertaining it’s surely a crowd pleaser. You get the delicious taste of a London inspired Gin and Watermelon. A refreshing fabulous mix. With only a couple of ingredients it's simple to make. Add the Sans Bar Notting Hill Stroll (non-alcoholic gin substitute), seedless watermelon, ice and mint to garnish.
INGREDIENTS
30ml Sans Bar Notting Hill StrollSeedless watermelon
2 cups of ice
METHOD
- Slide half a seedless watermelon and remove the rind.
- Blitz the watermelon using a food processor until smooth.
- Strain the watermelon juice and chill for at least an hour.
- After the watermelon juice is chilled (or when you are ready to serve) place the juice into the food processor.
- Pour 300 ml of Sans Bar Notting Hill Stroll and add two cups of ice into the food processor . Blitz until smooth.
- Pour into your glass of choice and garnish with a small sprig of mint.
