Spicy Mai Tai Mocktail garnished with lime wedge and cherry

This twist on the Mai Tai, an iconic cocktail of the tiki movement, replaces the flavours of white rum with Fluere Spiced Cane, a non-alcoholic alternative to spiced rum. Full-bodied and complex with notes of dark roasted coffee, cocoa and liquorice, it complements Lyre’s Orange Sec, a delicious replica of Triple Sec orange liqueur. Citrus and tropical flavours complete the mix, resulting in a lush, refreshing summer mocktail that is a joy to drink. Garnish with a wedge of lime and a sprig of mint.

50 ml Fluere Spiced Cane
25 ml Lyre’s Orange Sec
Dash lime juice
50 ml pineapple juice
50 ml orange juice
To garnish: Lime wedge and sprig of mint
  1. Add all the ingredients into a shaker along with a handful of ice cubes and shake well for 20 seconds.
  2. Strain the mix over ice and garnish with a wedge of lime
