This healthy version of the original is alcohol-free and delicious - perfect for entertaining with friends. Sea Arch Coastal Juniper is a complex blend of flavours, replacing gin. Here it is paired with the tartness of cranberry, burst of citrus and a hint of tropical, resulting in a perfectly pink-hued mocktail that will be the star of your party. Serve in a beautiful glass and garnish with orange zest.
INGREDIENTS
50ml of Sea Arch75ml of cranberry juice
50ml of freshly squeezed orange juice
20ml of passion fruit puree
Ice
Orange zest
METHOD
- Half fill a cocktail shaker with ice.
- Pour in 50ml of Sea Arch.
- Add 75ml of cranberry juice.
- Add 50ml of freshly squeezed orange juice.
- Add 20ml of passion fruit puree.
- Shake for 15 seconds and strain into a martini glass.
- Garnish with orange zest.
