Gin mocktail garnished with grapefruit and sprigs of rosemary

The classic big flavour combination of tart grapefruit and woody sweetness of rosemary makes them the perfect gin mocktail pairing. Combine all ingredients in a large glass with ice and add a large sprig of rosemary. Sip slowly by the ocean if at all possible.

INGREDIENTS
50ml of Sea Arch
Premium Grapefruit Tonic
Ice
Pink grapefruit segments
Sprig of rosemary
METHOD
  1. Fill a large glass with ice.
  2. Add a 50ml measure of Sea Arch.
  3. Top up with a premium grapefruit tonic.
  4. Garnish with pink grapefruit segments.
  5. Add a sprig of rosemary.
