Mocktail Recipes

Salty Dog Mocktail garnished with a lime wheel next to a bottle of Seadrift Classic

An explosion of flavours await you in this gin mocktail recipe. The award-winning alcohol free gin made in Sydney’s Northern beaches has some surprising notes of coriander and lime which go beautifully with ice and tonic. Or why not create your own summer mocktail recipe? We recommend adding freshly squeezed grapefruit juice and lime juice, sugar syrup, a sprinkling of sea salt and ice. A gorgeous blend of zesty, sweet, sour and salty! To serve, rim a glass with sea salt and garnish with a lime wheel.
