When it comes to refreshing summer cocktails, nothing beats the classic Mexican Margarita. This gin-based version is a deliciously moreish non-alcoholic alternative, replacing tequila's citrus tang with sweet but dry orangey gin undertones. Serve shaken on the rocks in a thin-lipped tumbler – and don't forget to salt the rim and add a wedge of lime or two.
INGREDIENTS
Seedlip Grove 42: 50mlAgave Syrup (or honey): 1 tbsp
Fresh Lime Juice: 20ml
Ice cubes
Sea salt
Lime wheel
METHOD
- Prepare a Margarita glass or tumbler by running a lime wedge around the outside of the rim and roll rim in sea salt
- Add all the ingredients into a cocktail shaker
- Shake & strain over fresh cubes of ice into a tumbler
- Garnish with a Lime wheel.
