Here is a twist on a classic cocktail. Perfect for Autumn and Winter months, this will spice you up with sweet orange slices, cinnamon sticks, and star anise which pair extremely well with the botanicals of the gin and finish it off with the bitter notes of tonic water. It’s your favourite classic Gin and Tonic with a spice. 

INGREDIENTS
50ml Sans Bar Notting Hill Stroll
100ml Naked Life Indian Tonic
1 Cinnamon Stick
1 Star Anise
2 Orange Slices
Ice cubes

METHOD
  1. Fill a glass about ¾ full of ice and add 2 orange slices
  2. Pour in the gin and top with tonic water
  3. Garnish with a cinnamon stick and star anise.
