Spiced G&T

Here is a twist on a classic cocktail. Perfect for Autumn and Winter months, this will spice you up with sweet orange slices, cinnamon sticks, and star anise which pair extremely well with the citrus botanicals and warm bitter notes. It’s your favourite classic Gin and Tonic with a spice.

METHOD

1. Fill a glass about ¾ full of ice and add 2 orange slices
2. Pour in the gin and top with tonic water
3. Garnish with a cinnamon stick and star anise.
