StrangeLove Dark & Stormy Rum Mocktail

The Dark & Stormy is a popular choice for a reason - it’s delicious! This version of the rum mocktail takes it to the next level with a blend that will make your taste buds tingle. Lyre’s Spiced Cane, a non-alcoholic spirit with the classic characteristics of a spiced rum, is paired with StrangeLove’s Hot Ginger Beer, a unique fiery blend based on a homemade recipe using Australian ginger root and spicy Sichuan pepper. The result is a tasty medley of flavours, enhanced with notes of tangy citrus from the muddled lime. Serve with ice and garnish with a dehydrated lime wheel.

INGREDIENTS
60ml Lyre's Spiced Cane Spirit
180ml StrangeLove Hot Ginger Beer
1 x Muddled lime wedge
1 x Slice of Dehydrated lime
Ice
METHOD
  1. Use a solid glass to muddle your lime.
  2. Pour in 60ml of Lyre’s Spiced Cane Spirit.
  3. Add 180ml of StrangeLove Hot Ginger Beer and gently stir.
  4. Add some ice and a wheel of dehydrated lime.
