INGREDIENTS
40 ml Lyre's White Cane SpiritStrangeLove Ginger Beer
2 dashes of Tabasco
4 mint leaves
20 ml lime juice
20 mL pineapple syrup
METHOD
- Place tabasco, lime, white cane spirit, ginger beer, ice and pineapple syrup into a cocktail shaker and shake.
- Strain into a highball glass or copper mug over ice cubes and garnish with mint, chilli flakes and a lime wedge.
