Amaretti Mocktail next to a bottle of Lyre's Amaretti

Delicious and refreshing this is a great way to enjoy an Amaretti on a sunny afternoon.
INGREDIENTS
45ml Lyre’s Amaretti
90ml orange juice
100ml club soda
Dash grenadine
METHOD
  1. Pour Amaretti over ice in a highball glass. Carefully pour in the orange juice, and then club soda. Finish with a dash of grenadine. To create a subsn effect, do not stir.
