Cinnamon champagne mocktail garnished with star anise, a slice of orange and cinnamon sticks

Made with Vinada’s zero alcohol sparkling Crispy Chardonnay, this champagne mocktail has a delightful mix of flavours and spices that will remind you of the festive season. Crafted with grapes from France, the sparkling chardonnay is elegant, crisp and well-balanced, making it the perfect base. Distinct flavours of orange and cinnamon elevate the blend and a sophisticated, premium ginger ale gives depth and complexity. Garnish with cloves and star anise to add extra spice notes.

INGREDIENTS
100 ml VINADA Crispy Chardonnay
Ice Cubes
4 Cloves
2 Star Anise
2 Cinnamon Sticks
A Slice of Orange
60 ml Strangelove Dry Ginger Ale
METHOD
  1. Add a slice of orange into a glass.
  2. Add some ice cubes.
  3. Add 60ml of Ginger Ale.
  4. Add 100 ml VINADA Crispy Chardonnay.
  5. Add 2 cinnamon sticks.
  6. Garnish with some star anise and cloves.
