Watermelon Mojito Mocktail

The iconic drink gets a fruity twist in this delicious mojito mocktail. Created in Havana, Cuba centuries ago, the Mojito is classic and popular in bars throughout the contemporary world. In this version, muddled watermelon and lime combine with Lyre’s White Cane Spirit, a replica of traditional white rum without the alcohol, to create a fruity, citrusy delight. The addition of mint contributes cool herbaceous notes, while premium ginger ale gives depth and balance. Refreshing to drink and beautifully bright, simply garnish with a slice of watermelon and enjoy.

INGREDIENTS
60 ml Lyre's White Cane Spirit
StrangeLove Ginger Dry Ginger Ale
6 Watermelon cubes (seeds removed)
Juice of 1 lime
2 teaspoons of sugar
Mint
Ice
METHOD
  1. Muddle 6 watermelon cubes with the juice of 1 lime and 2 teaspoons of sugar in a glass.
  2. Stir in a handful of mint leaves, then add 60 ml of 60 ml Lyre's White Cane Spirit.
  3. Add ice and top up with StrangeLove Ginger Ale.
