Refund policy

Returns

We offer a 7 day returns policy. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, please contact us orders@sansdrinks.com.au. You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Same Day Dispatch

Same Day Dispatch applies to business days only for orders placed before 10:00 AM AEST. Orders placed after the cut-off time, on weekends, or on public holidays will be dispatched on the next business day.
