It Started with Customers
When Irene opened Sans Drinks and began meeting customers face-to-face, one thing became clear. People wanted alcohol-free versions of classic cocktails like espresso martinis, margaritas and mojitos, but they didn’t want the hassle or cost of making them from scratch.
Non-alcoholic spirits were expensive. Recipes were confusing. Results were hit and miss.
There was a clear gap.
