Crafted by a boutique family-owned winery in South Australia, 1920 Wines are inspired by the year made famous by the introduction of Prohibition. Made from premium grapes harvested in the cool of the night for the most robust flavour profile, this non-alcoholic sauvignon blanc has a dry profile and exhibits all of the classic characteristics you would expect from this traditional white wine, which has notes of tropical fruit salad and an elegant palate of mango and passionfruit. This has a well balanced, full-bodied mouthfeel. Vegan friendly and contains just 2.7g of sugar per 100mls.

Ingredients:
• 90ml 1920 Sauvignon Blanc
• 30ml soda water
• Squeeze of lemon
• Orange slice to garnish
Instructions:
Fill a wine glass with ice. Add the white wine, squeeze of lemon and top it with soda water. Stir gently and garnish with an orange slice. A fresh and citrussy drink for brunch.
Ingredients:
• 90ml 1920 Sauvignon Blanc
• 60ml ginger ale
• Lime wedge
• Mint sprig to garnish
Instructions:
Fill a wine glass with ice. Add the Sauvignon Blanc and top with ginger ale. Squeeze in a wedge of lime and stir gently. Garnish with a mint sprig for a refreshing zing.
