NON 3 is a non-alcoholic alternative to a classic dry white wine or an aperitif. Complementing a base of verjus and filtered water is an array of unique ingredients including Sri Lankan cinnamon, Japanese yuzu, Valencia oranges and Murray River salt. This is a non-carbonated distillate blend boasting dry burnt floral citrusy flavours with a tart finish. Created by chefs William Wade and Aaron Trotman, the NON range is made in Australia and vegan friendly.

So good!

Wonderful. Just what i want in a non alcoholic wine substitute. Not "trying to be like wine and failing in its subtlety" but a fermented drink with its own delicate flavour. Just lovely.

I am REALLY looking forward to trying a few others in the NON range.

My favourite NON flavour!

Definitely no sweetness to this one, reminiscent of a kombucha. The yuzu is nice and zesty and the overall flavour profile is complex. Nice and refreshing!

Interesting drink. Reminded me more of mead than a dry white wine. Enjoyed sipping (slowly) on one glass but wouldn't be able to have anymore.
