The Sans Bar Spritzing In Venice is an Italian style aperitif substitute made specifically for recreating the classic Veneto style Sparkling. It features the familiar flavours of bitter orange, rhubarb, cinchona bark and a unique blend of herbs. Add 30mls over ice and top with Prosecco (or your favourite non-alcoholic sparkling wine) and add a splash of soda. Garnish with slices of orange.
