This gin mocktail is a delicious slice of summer any time of the year. The combination of the citrus flavours and rosemary is a sensory experience that will leave you feeling refreshed and light. Pour Abstinence Cape Citrus over ice and finish with tonic, grapefruit and rosemary.

INGREDIENTS

50ml Abstinence Cape Citrus
200ml Strangelove Tonic No 8
Grapefruit Slice
Fresh Rosemary

METHOD
  1. Pour Cape Citrus over ice in a Gin Goblet or Collins glass.
  2. Topped with tonic and finish off with a slice of Grapefruit & Rosemary as garnish.
