Pearson’s Hibiscus & Rose non-alcoholic pink gin contributes a complex flavour profile which is further enhanced with elderflower, fresh lemon and a lavish lilac tonic. This mix of exquisitely delicate flavours is delightfully refreshing and can be garnished with lavender and juniper berries to really make that purple pop!
INGREDIENTS
75 ml Pearson's Hibiscus & Rose25 ml Elderflower cordial
10 ml Fresh Lemon
200 ml Artisan Violet Blossom Tonic
METHOD
- Add first 3 ingredients to shaker and give hard shake.
- Strain into ice filled glass, top with Violet Blossom Tonic. Stir gently and garnish.
