INGREDIENTS
100ml Eisberg Alcohol-Free Rosé1/2 pink grapefruit
1/2 a lemon
Elderflower cordial
1 tsp sugar
METHOD
- Pour 100ml of Eisberg's alcohol-free Rosé into a mixing glass.
- Squeeze half a pink grapefruit and half a lemon into the glass. Add a splash of elderflower cordial and 1tsp of sugar.
- Stir and then strain into a sugar-rimmed glass. Garnish with rose petals.
