Negroni mocktail made with Fluere Original and garnished with grapefruit peel
Simple and sophisticated, the Negroni has been seen in the hands of James Bond and Orson Wells and often makes the World’s best-selling cocktails lists. Using alcohol-free gin, alcohol-free dry vermouth, Italicus and grapefruit bitter, this one has all the flavour but is much gentler on the palate. Intended to be sipped slowly from a Nick & Nora glass with a slice of grapefruit and a bit of swag.
INGREDIENTS

40 ml Fluere Original
20 ml Italicus
20 ml Lyre's Dry Vermouth
2 Dashes grapefruit bitter
Grapefruit peel

METHOD
  1. Pour all ingredients into a mixing glass and stir for 10 seconds.
  2. Pour into a Nick & Nora glass.
  3. Garnish with grapefruit peel.
