This unique spirit has been crafted to capture the aroma, taste, and mouthfeel of a traditional Dry Vermouth with earthy notes and distinct flavours of citrus, fresh-cut chervil, and mint anise. This Aperitif Dry is Vegan friendly, and low calorie with 90% fewer calories than alcoholic Dry Vermouth.

Delicious

I’ve never tried he real deal but this was a fantastic drink! I mixed it with tonic and a gin alternative,as I’m a non drinker and it was very refreshing. Even my husband enjoyed it. I can’t wait to try a new recipe with it. After years of soda or tonic it’s great to make some delicious mocktails

Nice for a citrus martini

Bought this to try making a martini with the lyres gin. I prefer a dirty martini but this is quite citrusy so is nice with a twist of lemon but not good for a dirty martini.
