The Lyre's Aperitif Dry is a non-alcoholic replacement for a classic Dry Vermouth. This is ideal for making dry martini mocktails or simply enjoy as an Aperitif over ice. This unique spirit has been crafted to capture the aroma, taste, and mouthfeel of a traditional Dry Vermouth with earthy notes and distinct flavours of citrus, fresh-cut chervil, and mint anise. This Aperitif Dry is Vegan friendly, and low calorie with 90% fewer calories than alcoholic Dry Vermouth.

Delicious

I’ve never tried he real deal but this was a fantastic drink! I mixed it with tonic and a gin alternative,as I’m a non drinker and it was very refreshing. Even my husband enjoyed it. I can’t wait to try a new recipe with it. After years of soda or tonic it’s great to make some delicious mocktails

Nice for a citrus martini

Bought this to try making a martini with the lyres gin. I prefer a dirty martini but this is quite citrusy so is nice with a twist of lemon but not good for a dirty martini.

1. Classic Martini

Ingredients:
• 15ml Lyre's Aperitif Dry - Non Alc Vermouth
• 60ml alcohol-free gin (any)
• Ice cubes
• Lemon twist or green olive (for garnish)

Instructions:

Fill a mixing glass with ice. Add the gin and dry vermouth substitutes, then stir until well chilled. Strain into a chilled martini glass. Garnish with a green olive for a savoury touch. Perfect for cocktail hour at home.
