The Lemon Drop is said to have been invented at San Francisco singles bar Henry Africa in the 1970s. This gin mocktail is made with a simple shake of ingredients with ice, and a lemon twist to serve. The result is a sweet and sour adult version of the lemon drop sweet.

INGREDIENTS

44ml Ms Sans Twist & Shout
15ml Sans Bar St Barts Sunrise
15ml Lemon Juice Freshly Squeezed
1/4 tsp Vanilla
2 tbsp Sugar
Ice Cubes

METHOD
  1. Rub the rim of a martini glass with a lemon and dip in sugar to coat
  2. Add Ms Sans Twist & Shout, Barts Sunrise, lemon juice, vanilla and ice to a cocktail shaker
  3. Shake and Pour into the martini glass and garnish with a twist of lemon
