As regular drinkers trying to cut back on alcohol consumption we've found a lot of non-alcoholic substitutes disappointing, but Sans Bar St Barts Sunrise has been a very pleasant exception to that. It makes a delightful orange inspired cocktail when mixed with tonic (and plus some more), and we're eagerly awaiting it's return to stock so that we can buy more.

This, along with the Ms Sans Juniper Berry Blush Pink Gin, is constantly in my fridge over the Summer months. Dry and bitter, the St Barts Sunrise is delicious with tonic and a great mixer back with other n/a 'spirits', in particular the Bring a Sombrero tequila substitute. Well worthy of a five star rating.
