Bianco Spritz mocktail garnished with cucumber next to a bottle of Lyre's Orange Sec and Lyre's Aperitif Dry

Perfect for summer, this vermouth mocktail with a hint of orange is a twist on the original Italian Spritz - the Bianco (white) Spritz. Delightfully refreshing, it pairs Lyre’s Orange Sec, a non-alcoholic orange liqueur, with Lyre’s Aperitif Dry, an alcohol-free alternative to Dry Vermouth. A classic, hard-hitting tonic completes this summer mocktail that works equally well as an individual drink or mixed in a jug to share. To serve, garnish with cucumber and lemon slices, finish with a sprig of mint and enjoy!
