Delightfully refreshing, it pairs Lyre’s Orange Sec, a non-alcoholic orange liqueur, with Lyre’s Aperitif Dry, an alcohol-free alternative to Dry Vermouth. A classic, hard-hitting tonic completes this summer mocktail that works equally well as an individual drink or mixed in a jug to share. To serve, garnish with cucumber and lemon slices, finish with a sprig of mint and enjoy!
INGREDIENTS
30 ml Lyre's Orange Sec30 ml Lyre's Aperitif Dry
90 ml Strangelove Tonic No 8
1 Thin Cucumber Slice 2 Lemon Slices
METHOD
- Add all ingredients in a large wine glass
- Stir
- Fill with fresh cubed ice
- Garnish with cucumber slices, lemon slice and sprig of mint.
