This outstanding summer mocktail is likely to be one of the most delicious spritz-style drinks you will ever taste. Part of its success is the medley of flavours in each mouthful. Lyre’s Italian Spritz, a comparable non-alcoholic alternative to traditional Aperitif, is paired with Classico, an alcohol-free dry Italian prosecco, which adds some fizz. Mix in some fruity flavours in the form of premium mango syrup, passionfruit pulp, citrus and berries, and top with plenty of ice. The result is a delightfully refreshing, tropical spritz which is perfect for a hot summer’s afternoon.
INGREDIENTS
2 Parts (60mL/ 2 Fl Oz) Italian Spritz
3 Parts (90mL/ 3 Fl Oz) Lyre's Classico
1/4 Part (7.5mL/ 1/4 Fl Oz) premium mango syrup
2 lemon slices
4 raspberries
4 blueberries
1/2 fresh passionfruit pulp
METHOD
- Add ingredients into a large or stemless wine glass, fill with ice and stir
- Garnish with plump mint sprig
