Flavours of apple, pear and lemon combine with aromatics, clove and anise to create the fruity, spicy base. The medley of flavours is completed with the addition of Noughty’s highly acclaimed non-alcoholic brut sparkling Chardonnay, adding a crisp, dry profile. Perfect for a festive occasion, this mocktail is refreshing with the right balance of sweet and spice. Garnish with dehydrated apple or pear.
INGREDIENTS
50ml Apple juice25ml Pear puree
10ml Lemon juice
20ml Aromatic syrup
5 x Clove seeds
5 x Anise seeds
75ml Noughty
METHOD
- Fill wine glass with ice to chill.
- Add all ingredients to shaker apart from Noughty.
- Add ice and shake for 10 seconds.
- Strain into wine glass.
- Top with Noughty.
- Garnish with dehydrated apple or pear.
