INGREDIENTS
75ml peppermint tea10ml lemon juice
5ml simple syrup
Noughty sparkling wine
Mint leaves
Lemon wheel
METHOD
- Make a batch of peppermint tea and leave to cool.
- Take a wine glass and fill with ice.
- Into a cocktail shaker add peppermint tea, lemon juice, syrup and ice, then shake.
- Strain into glass.
- Top with Noughty.
- Garnish with lemon wheel and mint sprig and serve.
