Peppermint Spritz Mocktail garnished with mint leaves and lemon wheels

Refreshing and delicious, this non-alcoholic mocktail is perfect for summer and great to mix up in a jug to share. The peppermint tea flavours contribute a smooth coolness which is complemented by the citrusy tang of the lemon juice. Noughty’s sparkling wine, a highly acclaimed alcohol-free alternative to Champagne, completes the flavour profile with crisp and ripe apple aromas and a dry finish. The medley of flavours is well balanced, resulting in a delightful summer spritz that is best garnished with some mint and a lemon wheel.

INGREDIENTS
75ml peppermint tea
10ml lemon juice
5ml simple syrup
Noughty sparkling wine
Mint leaves
Lemon wheel
METHOD
  1. Make a batch of peppermint tea and leave to cool.
  2. Take a wine glass and fill with ice.
  3. Into a cocktail shaker add peppermint tea, lemon juice, syrup and ice, then shake.
  4. Strain into glass.
  5. Top with Noughty.
  6. Garnish with lemon wheel and mint sprig and serve.
