Ovant Cape to Cape

INGREDIENTS

60ml Ovant Grace
15ml Black Pepper Syrup
10 pcs Mint Leaves
1 btl Ginger Beer
4 pcs Lime, Wedge
Lime Peel, grated
Ice, cubed and crushed

METHOD
  1. Add black pepper syrup, lime, and mint into a cocktail shaker and muddle.
  2. Add Ovant Grace
  3. Fill the shaker with cubed ice, and shake for 5 seconds.
  4. Pour contents of shaker into the mug. Add ginger beer and stir.
  5. Top with crushed ice and grated lime peel.
