This unique twist on the gin buck was inspired by Western Australia’s iconic Cape to Cape track. Just close your eyes when you take a sip and imagine yourself breathing in the views of this awesome coastal stretch. The warm, complex Ovant Grace base mixes perfectly with the ginger beer and hits of lime and mint, while the pepper syrup adds a spicy, woody flavour. Simply sprinkle with grated peel.
INGREDIENTS
60ml Ovant Grace
15ml Black Pepper Syrup
10 pcs Mint Leaves
1 btl Bilpin Ginger Beer
4 pcs Lime, Wedge
Lime Peel, grated
Ice, cubed and crushed
METHOD
- Add black pepper syrup, lime, and mint into a cocktail shaker and muddle.
- Add Ovant Grace
- Fill the shaker with cubed ice, and shake for 5 seconds.
- Pour contents of shaker into the mug. Add ginger beer and stir.
- Top with crushed ice and grated lime peel.
