60ml Ovant Royal60ml Lapsang Souchong Tea
15ml Lemon Juice
15ml Ginger Syrup
Flamed Orange Zest
Flame the orange zest and garnish.
METHOD
- Brew 200ml of Lapsang Souchong tea and allow the brew to cool.
- Pour Ovant Royal, 60ml Lapsang Souchong tea, lemon juice, and ginger syrup into a mixing glass.
- Fill the mixing glass with ice and stir for 5 seconds.
- Strain contents of mixing glass into a coupe glass.
