Ovant Smoke On The Water Rum Mocktail

With a well-balanced medley of flavours, this rum mocktail is decadent and memorable. At its core is Ovant Royal, a non-alcoholic dark spirit with the sweetness of rum and smokiness of whiskey. Lapsang Souchong tea adds distinctive smoky flavours, and the zing of lemon juice and ginger syrup further enhance the complexity and depth of the mocktail. Why not add some theatrics with a garnish of flamed orange zest!

INGREDIENTS

METHOD

1. Brew 200ml of Lapsang Souchong tea and allow the brew to cool.
2. Pour Ovant Royal, 60ml Lapsang Souchong tea, lemon juice, and ginger syrup into a mixing glass.
3. Fill the mixing glass with ice and stir for 5 seconds.
4. Strain contents of mixing glass into a coupe glass.
