60 ml Sans Bar Sans Bar Summer Carnivàle (White Rum Substitute)100 ml Strangelove Soda Water
½ cup of passionfruit
1 tablespoon of cane sugar

METHOD
- Muddle mint leaves in a glass then add sugar, Sans Bar Summer Carnivàle (White Rum Substitute) and passionfruit.
- Muddle the ingredients to break down the passionfruit.
- Add ice and top up with 100 ml Soda Water.
In this recipe it says to add 1 tablespoon can sugar which might make it extremely sweet and doesn’t help in diabetics looking for sugar free cocktail mixes… is the 1tablespoon correct
