There’s something special about bubbles at breakfast. This simple mocktail has the aroma, mouthfeel and taste of a classic mimosa, without the alcohol. Plus and Minus use grapes from the finest vineyards in South Australia to create their non-alcoholic dry Sparkling Blanc de Blancs, a delicious replica of classic sparkling white wine. Paired with the citrusy tang of fresh orange juice, this mocktail can simply be mixed to serve, or blended with ice. To finish, stir with a sprig of rosemary, infusing hints of delicious herbaceous notes, and garnish with a dehydrated orange slice.
INGREDIENTS
100 mls of Plus and Minus Blanc De Blancs100 mls of Orange Juice of your choice!
1x Dried Orange
1x Cutting of Rosemary – to stir and garnish.
METHOD
- Option 1: Pour all ingredients into a champagne flute or glass of your choice, stir with Rosemary cutting to infuse flavour, garnish with dried orange and enjoy!
- Option 2: Add orange juice and plus and minus blanc de blancs into a blender with a small amount of ice. Pulse for 5-10 seconds and pour into your glass of choice. Stir with rosemary cutting and garnish with dried orange.
