Crafted using a blend of Chardonnay, Semillon and Colombard grapes sourced from the South Australian vineyards, the Plus & Minus Blanc de Blancs NV is a dry style non-alcoholic Sparkling Wine. It has a medium-bodied profile featuring flavours of citrus fruits and crisp green apple with the character, aroma and mouthfeel of a classic sparkling white wine. It also has added antioxidants from grape seed extract.

Best I’ve had

I tried this at a hotel while travelling & loved it. Really nice mouth feel. Not sweet, doesn’t taste like lemon. Bonus is super low in calories.

It really is a fantastic alternative to the real deal when you want a glass of bubbles in your hand without the bang. The best I have tried.

My absolute fave!

A really lovely alcohol-free Blanc de Blanc. Nice and dry, with that classic bubbly feel, making it perfect for special occasions when you’re craving a glass of bubbles but skipping the alcohol.
