Watermelon gin mocktail farnished with mint leaves and a slice of watermelon next to a bottle of Seadrift coast

A gin mocktail recipe perfect for long, hot days spent by the pool with a good book. It’s made with Seadrift Coast, a non alcoholic gin from Sydney’s Northern Beaches which combines coriander and lime notes in one delicious drink. Add sweet watermelon juice, freshly squeezed lemon juice, sugar syrup and egg white for that fancy touch! Garnish with two mint leaves and a slice of watermelon for a refreshing touch.

INGREDIENTS
60ml of Seadrift Coast
60ml watermelon juice
30ml freshly squeezed lemon juice
4 smashed mint leaves
30ml of sugar syrup
One egg white
METHOD
  1. Place 60ml of Seadrift Coast, 60ml watermelon juice, 30ml freshly squeezed lemon juice, 4 smashed mint leaves and 30ml of sugar syrup into a cocktail shaker with one egg white.
  2. Charged your favourite glass with ice. pour the contents of the shaker over the ice and top with two mint leaves and a slice of watermelon.
