Seadrift is the Sydney’s Northern Beaches twist on a classic London-style gin. This non alcoholic gin recipe brings together basil leaves, lemongrass with some unusual flavours of peppery juniper and golden sea kelp. Try this mocktail recipe when you’re feeling particularly bold or know that your guests will appreciate a vibrant and effervescent drink. Balance the herby flavours with freshly squeezed lemon juice and sugar syrup. Add an egg white and you’ll feel quite posh. Top with a premium tonic and two mint leaves.
INGREDIENTS
60ml of Seadrift Coast30ml freshly squeezed lemon juice
30ml of sugar syrup
One egg white
METHOD
- Place 60ml of Seadrift Coast, 30ml freshly squeezed lemon juice and 30ml of sugar syrup into a cocktail shaker with one egg white.
- Charged your favourite glass with ice. Pour the contents of the shaker over the ice and top with soda water. garnish with two mint leaves.
