Temperance Movement Mocktail

Named after the 1800’s movement that promoted the moderation and abstinence of drinking liquor, this summer mocktail is a delicious non-boozy tipple. Featuring Claytons Kola Tonic, an alcohol-free spirit with earthy aromas and flavours of bittersweet citrus and woody kola nuts, it is easy to make and delivers a unique and satisfying taste profile. The zesty tang of lime juice and sweetness of simple syrup balance the tonic beautifully, resulting in a memorable drink which is perfect to sip. Combine over ice and serve with an orange wheel to garnish.

1. Fill a glass with ice, stir in 3 parts Claytons, 0.5 parts lime juice and 0.5 parts simple syrup and serve.
