The zesty tang of lime juice and sweetness of simple syrup balance the tonic beautifully, resulting in a memorable drink which is perfect to sip. - Fill a glass with ice, stir in 3 parts Claytons, 0.5 parts lime juice and 0.5 parts simple syrup and serve.
