If you'd like a mocktail that ups the romance, or if you just want to treat yourself with some extra love, the Very Love Potion Gin Mocktail is sure to impress. Pomegranate, lime and honey syrup exude Persian charm, and the egg white creates a frothy delight. Shake all of the ingredients with ice and then strain into a glass, finishing with orange peel.
INGREDIENTS
50 ml Vera Ginø
30 ml Pomegranate juice
15 ml Fresh lime juice
10 ml Honey syrup
Dash of egg white
METHOD
- Shake all ingredients with ice and strain into a Nick & Nora or Coupe glass.
- Finish by expressing orange oils over the drink and placing the peel in the glass as a garnish.
NOTES
* To make the honey syrup, mix 200g of honey and 100 ml hot water until completely combined.
