INGREDIENTS
50 ml Vera Ginø30 ml Pomegranate juice
15 ml Fresh lime juice
10 ml Honey syrup
Dash of egg white
METHOD
- Shake all ingredients with ice and strain into a Nick & Nora or Coupe glass.
- Finish by expressing orange oils over the drink and placing the peel in the glass as a garnish.
