INGREDIENTS
Sugar cube10 drops bitters
25 ml Pearson's Hibiscus & Rose
75ml Nine Elms
5 ml pomegranate molasses
METHOD
- Muddle sugar, bitters, molasses and Pearson's Hibiscus & Rose together in a mixing glass. Add ice, then pour in Nine Elms No. 18.
- Stir gently until combined and chill.
- Strain into an ice filled rocks glass.
- Garnish with orange twist.
