If you like mojito mocktails you will love this mojito gin twist.
Ingredients:
- 50ml Gordon's Alcohol Free 0.0
- 20ml lime juice
- 15ml sugar syrup
- Small handful of mint leaves, plus extra to garnish
Method:
Combine the ingredients in a shaker and shake vigorously. Strain into a chilled martini glass and garnish with a mint leaf.
Banks & Burbidge Alcohol-Free Distilled Gin
The blurb: Banks & Burbidge is made in Brisbane using traditional gin distilling techniques and a minimum of 60 per cent Juniper botanical ingredients.
The taste: Notes of spice, citrus and tangy notes of dried chilli peppers.
Worth noting: Sugar free and zero calories.

A fresh take on the classic Negroni.
Ingredients:
30ml Banks & Burbidge Alcohol-Free Distilled Gin
30ml Dry Vermouth alternative such as Lyre's Aperitif Dry
30ml Triple Sec alternative such as Lyre's Orange Sec
Method:
Build over ice in a tumbler and stir. Garnish with a twist of lemon peel.
Vera Spirit Ginø
The blurb: Founded in Slovenia, Vera was inspired by travel on the Mediterranean coast.
The taste: The Vera Spirit flavour profile features citrus along with floral notes of orange zest, red grapefruit and cardamom seeds. With earthy and piney notes, dried angelica gives Gino spirit a long herbal and bitter finish.

A two ingredient gin sour.
Ingredients:
75 ml Vera Spirit Ginø
25ml lime cordial
lime wheel to garnish
Method:
Pour ingredients into a mixing glass with some ice cubes and stir well. Strain into a coupe glass and garnish with lime wheel.
Sans Bar Notting Hill Stroll (Gin Substitute)

30 ml Lyre's Aperitif Rosso
15 ml Ms Sans Sunset In A Bottle (Blood Orange Spritz)
2 Ruby Red Grapefruit Segments (Peeled)
Garnish: Long Wide Grapefruit Peel
Method:
Pour all the ingredients over an old fashioned glass filled with ice. Stir gently and allow the ice to melt. Garnish with a long wide grapefruit peel.
Hellfire Bluff Inspirit Non-Alcoholic Pink Gin
The blurb: The Hellfire Distillery was established in Tasmania in 2017, with a vision of creating high quality small batch, craft spirits.
The taste: The Hellfire Bluff taste profile includes juniper and citrus botanicals balanced with notes of Tasmanian blackcurrants and a hint of Szechuan pepper and pimento on the finish.

Spicy Pink Gin Spritz
Ingredients:
50ml Hellfire Bluff Inspirit Non-Alcoholic Pink Gin
100ml Soda water
dash sugar syrup
Grapefruit slice to garnish
Method:
Pour all the ingredients into a white wine glass with some ice cubes and stir. Garnish with a slice of grapefruit.
Lyre's Dry London Spirit
The blurb: Lyre’s is a premium, award-winning range of Australian made non-alcoholic spirits.
The taste: Lyre's Dry London features aromas of orange blossom, lime, jasmine and juniper. The flavour profile is distinctly junipery, with citrus and earthy notes and a warm pepperberry dry finish.

Reminiscent of a perfect beach day
Ingredients:
60ml of Seadrift Classic
120ml freshly squeezed grapefruit juice
30ml of lime juice
30ml of sugar syrup
Sea salt
Chunk of lime
Method:
Rim a glass with sea salt and charge with ice. Pour in the ingredients and stir gently. Garnish with a chunk of lime.
