A twist on the classic Negroni, this simple mocktail is alcohol-free and delicious - a winning combination. Ms Sans Sunset In A Bottle is made with distinctive flavours of blood orange, rhubarb and a blend of herbs. When combined with the other ingredients, the result is a rich indulgent drink with a complex flavour profile, perfect for sipping on. Serve in an old fashioned glass over a large chunk of ice and garnish with orange peel.

INGREDIENTS

44 ml Sans Bar Notting Hill Stroll (Gin Substitute)
30 ml Lyre's Aperitif Rosso
15 ml Ms Sans Sunset In A Bottle (Blood Orange Spritz)
2 Ruby Red Grapefruit Segments (Peeled)
Garnish: Long Wide Grapefruit Peel 

METHOD

1. Place a large chunk of ice into an old fashioned glass.
2. Add ingredients and gently stir allowing the ice to melt. Garnish with a grapefruit peel.
