Since 1931, this is the famous Bellini Cipriani served at Harry's Bar in Venice and known for inventing the Bellini cocktail. Enjoy this take-home version of the famous White Peach Bellini created by the Cipriani family. Made in Italy this uses the same peach puree as they use in every Cipriani restaurant in the world. Chill and pour into a Champagne flute to enjoy or add to your favourite non-alcoholic sparkling.

Ingredients:
• 120ml Bellini Cipriani - Virgin Peach Bellini
• 40ml non-alcoholic sparkling wine
• Ice cubes
• Peach slice + mint sprig (for garnish)

Instructions:

Fill a glass with ice. Pour in the Virgin Peach Bellini and top with non-alc sparkling wine. Stir gently and garnish with a peach slice and mint sprig. Light, fruity, and perfect for brunches.
