Shipping policy

  • All orders placed before 10am leave our warehouse the same day.
  • We run and operate our own warehouse located in Sydney and use the premium Australia Post service which is the most reliable delivery service in Australia. 
  • We offer Standard or Express Post Australia Wide as well as Same Day delivery in Sydney
  • Tracking links are provided with every order, please use this to track your order.
  • Same Day Delivery in Sydney is a flat rate of $15 per box.
  • 1 box is approximately 12 bottles of wine/spirits or a full case of beer.
  • If your order exceeds 12 bottles of wine/spirits or 1 full case of beer, you will require a second box at an additional flat rate charge of $15 per box.
  • To receive your order within business hours (1pm-5pm), orders need to be placed before 10am.
  • Orders placed outside of these times will be delivered the following day.
  • The same day service excludes weekends and public holidays as well as some Sydney postcodes.
  • The shipping rates outside of Sydney are based on your order weight, number of boxes and postcode location.
  • If your order exceeds 12 bottles of wine/spirits or 1 full case of beer it will require a second box at an additional flat rate charge of $5 per box.
