It features flavours of perfectly ripe sweet cherry and mulberry fruit, with fine interwoven tannins that provide a delicate yet intense mouthfeel. The palate is clean and rounded, finishing with a delightful juicy note. Established in 2006, Edenvale identified a market need for refined alcohol-free drinks and developed a proprietary process using spinning cone column technology to remove alcohol while preserving varietal-specific tastes and aromas. This versatile Pinot Noir pairs excellently with a wide range of dishes, from fresh spring vegetables to rich paté, and is especially enjoyable with duck, seared salmon or tuna, roast white meats, and goat's cheese. Proudly made from selected South Eastern Australian wine grapes, this premium alcohol-removed wine contains less than 0.5% alcohol by volume, meeting international standards for non-intoxicating beverages and similar to levels found in natural fruit juices.

I was surprised that the wine smelled like Pinot and the palate was a bit like a light Tassie Pinot …but it needs a middle palate
I have tried to address this by sitting it over black pepper corns for a couple of hours sieving it and storing it in the fridge…which helps but it still is a bit cordial like
Nevertheless I think slightly chilled it is an ok drink
